If you notice any damage or missing items, let the team know on the day and note it on the job sheet before signing. You then need to send a written claim to aftercare@twomen.com.au within 72 hours of the move, including a full description and photographs of the damage. Two Men and a Truck has a dedicated aftercare team that handles all claims.
All items are wrapped in protective blankets to prevent scratches and damage. Mattresses and sofas receive free plastic wrapping to keep them clean. The team uses trolleys, dolleys, and tie-down straps to secure items inside the truck. TMAAT vehicles are well-maintained to ensure safe transport.
Yes, our teams can assist in dismantling and reassembling furniture as needed. For more complicated furniture, we recommend having the manual handy, which can be found online through the manufacturer.
