West End

Early English settlers named West End after the London town they believed it resembled. Today, an eclectic blend of cultures can be found in this inner-city suburb, which is serviced by reliable public transport. The weekend markets are a popular hit among locals and visitors alike, and there’s a good selection of organic produce, drinks and cocktails.

Why Choose
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK

Two Men and a Truck started in the backyard of a classic Sydney family home, when one man saw a gap in the market in 1993, spurring him to purchase his first removalist truck. Since then, they have expanded across Australia, making their way south to Victoria in 2004. Two Men and a Truck offer reliable, comprehensive and seamless moves to any town across the Eastern Seaboard.

We go above and beyond

We’re proud of our membership to AFRA (Australian Furniture Removers Association), which means we don’t cut corners on staff training, customer service or management. We follow a strict Code of Conduct as well as leading every single one of our staff members through bespoke ethics training to ensure that your experience with us is outstanding every time.

Short Notice Moves

Found out you have to move with almost no notice? We’ve designed a tried and tested process for taking inventory over the phone in just minutes, which we’ve refined over 20 years so that you can focus on packing up and shipping out.

Flat Rates

Want to know exactly how much your move is going to cost you before the big day? We charge flat hourly rates and call out fees so that there are no nasty surprises at the end of the day.

We Are Where You Are

Our offices are conveniently located across Australia’s Eastern Seaboard, and no move is too far. No matter where you’re located across Queensland, New South Wales or Victoria, we can assist you with your move because we are never too far away.

What we offer

Free utility reconnections:

Between moving, work and family, there are more important things you could be doing than sitting on hold at a call centre. Our connections team save you the time and bother of transferring your gas, electricity, internet, phone and pay TV services by taking care of it for you.

Expert Advice:

Need help working out how to pack fragile or unusual items, how to manage your kids and pets on moving day or whether or not a weekday move is worthwhile? Our friendly team is on hand to provide you with expert advice at every step.

Two Men and a Truck:

Most removals can be completed with just two men and a truck! However, if you have a large property or extra fragile or heavy items, just let us know and we can organise an extra set of hands or two to ensure your belongings are looked after properly.

Insurance:

While our crew are insured for negligence on their part, we recommend purchasing comprehensive insurance for events outside of our control to give you that extra peace of mind throughout transit and storage.
