I booked Two Men and a Truck for our removals on Sunday. It was absolutely pouring rain in Sydney but “G” and... his colleague (I didn’t catch his name) were amazing. Super polite and very calm. They were so delicate with all of our belongings and our fragile items including our “babies” (plants). After the move, we unpacked everything and noticed nothing was broken or damaged - amazing considering we put so many items in small bags that were not wrapped properly. The only thing we noticed after the move was that our floor fan wasn’t in the new flat so we contacted G to chat with him about the fan. After a bit of investigating on our end with checking the old flat we realised that it probably wasn’t loaded onto the truck by mistake. The boys were very kind in helping me to problem solve where it could be over the phone after the move. Sadly it wasn’t to be found so I contacted Two Men and a Truck and the customer service team took note of my call and said someone will be in touch. I was expecting a day or so for them to investigate and respond but Elizabeth reaches out almost immediately to connect with me via email. After a couple of emails, it was all sorted and Elizabeth refunded me back the cost of the fan. Would be happy to recommend TMAAT in the future!.read more

I would highly the Two Men and a truck team I got (although there were three men). They were extremely... helpful, polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and they gave us no grief if things weren’t quite ready, they just worked around it and came back later.They played easy going music and with their smiling, happy natures, they lightened up what is always a very traumatic day. It is hard to think there could be a better removalist team than the boys we got. They seemed to be having such a great time moving us it was infectious, but at all times I noticed their attention to detail and experience with the little things like door straps and padding when required. I got barley any sleep the night before my move, as I knew it would be challenging. From the moment Ivan and... Fernando arrived, I could sense immediately that they would be nothing but professional and they absolutely were. Although there was a narrow staircase to navigate and this proved a bit of challenge, Ivan and Fernando managed to get all my belongings out, without doing any damage. They also uninstalled my washing machine from a tight space with no problems at all. I was alone on moving day and both Ivan and Fernando took great care and were true gentlemen. They didn’t make it seem like anything was an inconvenience, like the previous removal company made me feel the day I moved in to the place I was moving out of. Had I known that Ivan and Fernando would take care of everything for me without fuss or drama and literally without breaking a sweat, I would have had a much better night’s sleep. It was time to de-clutter and get some of our stuff out of our storage unit that we had packed in there... months ago. We only needed help for a couple of hours and TMAAT QLD found us a great crew on very short notice. The crew from TMAAT, Angel and Kleber, were great guys and listened to what we needed to do. They were fantastic in helping us sort through what we needed to take to our new home, and what we needed to leave in storage. They were quick, polite and genuine and when we got home they also helped us with moving other furniture around inside the house. In what was Sydney's biggest rainfall in 44 years, I was extremely hesitant to go ahead with my scheduled... house-to-apartment move however Sean assured me every duty of care would be met from Josh and his team. I think this was one of the smoothest moves I've ever done. They called to confirm and then again on approach, showing up on time, had the whole truck packed within 45 minutes. The destination location was tricky being an apartment, sloping driveway and no shelter from the wind/rain and despite the three levels of stairs, Josh and his team were exceptional. Not one issue or problem, placed everything where it needed to go and were courteous and polite. The whole move was four hours door-to-door with a 30 minute distance from both locations, in peak, with torrential weather. I cannot recommend TMAAT highly enough. I hope they enjoyed the well deserved coffee and donuts! A little more expensive than others.....BUT!!! these guys came on 3 hours notice after we had trouble with... another booked company. Rafael(i think that was his name) and his other colleague we're courteous, quiet (no unnecessary talking between another) Prompt on turning up to our 2 drop off points. Fast, Efficient, Careful, Friendly, Professional.I've seen the name Two Men & A Truck around Sydney as long... as I can remember and never used the service. I've just had a truckload of tubs and furniture moved from under my house to nearby storage by Felipe and Augusto. They were a couple of the best workers I've encountered. They kept me posted on their ETA and arrived in the pre-booked 2 hour window, parking right out front in the spot I reserved for them with my trusty witches hats. They had a look at everything before starting the clock and worked efficiently and carefully to get every last item on the ute so we could do just one trip, saving me time and money. They strapped everything on tight and I met them at my local Kennards. They unloaded just as quickly and carefully, always mindful of not wasting time and taking care with my goods. The whole job was over in 75 minutes and they even carried a couple of heavy items up to the street for me that were not being moved, but to heavy for me to lift by myself. I expect to use the service again, can absolutely recommended using Two Men & A Truck and I hope you get these two fellows as they did a brilliant job. 5 Stars.read more

We did an interstate relocation of our 3 bedrooms house furniture and other stuff from NSW to QLD and booked... Two Men and a Truck after reading the reviews. The quote process was transparent and Martin was very understanding and accommodating. He explained the process properly. In our case, the furniture was picked up in a 20ft shipping container and loaded on the train. It was offloaded in QLD by their local guys and brought via a truck to our new house. The lead time was nearly 3 days.The dates were fixed and honoured. Before choosing Two Men, I had received several quotes for next day delivery. But, when I spoke with the other movers, they would not confirm the dates at all.Michel and Bruno did the packing and loading in NSW and I was amazed by their level of speed, efficiency and friendliness.Renato, Marco and Claudio carried out the offloading in QLD and these guys did it swiftly without any fuss.I would highly recommend Two Men for your local or interstate movers!read more

Used these guys over the weekend, definitely not cheap but worth every $$They come with insurance for... public liability with the option to buy extra I had to move a 2bed from level 3 with no lifts and the closest I could park the 3 ton truck was about100mtrs away These guys loaded the stuff in 3.5 hrs and unloaded it 1 hr They movers were very courteous and patient I would definitely recommend these guysread more
