Trucks and MO’vers don moustaches for Movember

It’s not just the men at Two Men And A Truck who will be revealing some hair on their faces this month.

Two Men and a Truck\’s fleet of vehicles have also donned moustaches for Movember.

The national removals and relocations company has recruited a team of MO’vers who will grow moustaches over the next 30 days to raise money and awareness for men’s health.

Their trucks, vans and utes have been fitted with aluminium moustache cut-outs to help them take the important health messages to the streets – literally.

“We’ve participated in Movember for the last few years but we want to make this one bigger and better,” founder Richard Kuipers says. The company has also made MO’vers t-shirts to wear during the month.

Two Men And A Truck operates 34 trucks across the country and employs dozens more contractors. They’ve also pulled together a team of Mo Sistas to support and encourage their hairy co-workers.

“The girls are going to colour their hair to get involved in the campaign,” Richard says.alternate

Movember is all about growing a moustache for a serious cause, specifically prostate cancer and male mental health. Mo Bros commit to growing a moustache for the 30 days of Movember, and raising funds for charitable organisations towards the cause.

Participants can also attend Gala Partés, Mo Parties, Mo Runs or host an event in honour of Movember.

Two Men And A Truck, based in St Leonards, has also done charity work for The Salvation Army, Make a Wish Foundation and recently sponsored the Anne Frank Exhibition in Australia.

Chief Operations Officer Catherine Gambrellis said the company’s involvement with charities gives employees the sense of being able to give back to the community.

“I think people respond to companies that are more socially aware and like to give back,” she said.
